There have been several teams over the last few years that started off that strong and were stated to do the same thing. The season is only at the halfway point. Things change. Things change fast. Ask the Pats of a couple years ago, and ask the current Midgetts.

After following the Saints all of these years, a winning start is not only an eye opener...but hope for a good season. But all of that is now moot. Aparently Reggie Bush-Kardashian shot off his mount and said something abotu getting to the Super Bowl. Nothing like jinxing a team to screw up a perfectly good season.

Cowboys 3-0
Eagles 2-1
Giants and Skins 0-3

I remember when Minnesota broke the record back in '97 or something. They crapped out in the playoffs. The Saints could possibly make it to the Superbowl, but I still think the odds are against them.

Every weekend is still a chance for another heartbreaking loss. I don't forget history, and the Saints last playoff run ended in Chicago on a cold and snowy day. Not a good place for a southern based dome team to play.

My 49ers lost a tough one to Indy 18-14. I was proud of their D in that game. Held them to 4 field goals and Manning did not throw a single touch down. Now the Titans come to them and they can take over the NFC West again. I'm glad Carolina won yestereday!

That was a great moment, it put my beloved Bears in the Super Bowl. I don't think the Saints will have a similar problem this year, though. I think they finally have all the pieces to get into the big game. They play defense and run the ball in addition to the best passing offense in football. I'm not a Saints fan, but I haven't seen anyone that I think can beat them this year.

If the Saints continue winning and get home field through the playoffs, that would be greatly in New Orleans favor. Then, I could definitely see them going to the Superbowl. If they have to trek north, they're finished.

The Skins suck but John Riggins has been giving Dan Snyder he!! on YOU TUBE. I don't have a link and would'nt know how to post it if I did. Should be easy to find.
Great stuff. Helps to get over how BAD and how messed up this team has become under Danny boys leadership.

And the black and gold to 9 and 0........no thanks to their haphazard secondary. Figures that one of the least winning teams currently in the league would almost take them out. Injuries definitely starting to take their toll.

Definitely showing weaknesses and becoming more mortal every week.

Injuries in the secondary are the main reason STL stayed in the game. Their usual talent in the backfield being absent definitely hurt their ability to keep the Rams passing game in check. In retrospect, I feel they did a pretty good job of keeping the Ram's running talent from running all over them.

But yea, they better get healthy again rather soon. The proverbial "other" shoe just looms that much bigger everytime they put another mark in the W column.

Durn right. I dont care. They lost to a 2nd rate team and it doesnt matter what all the spreads are or anything since they wont make it past the first round of the playoffs anyway.

actually they will...if we lose the last game of the season watch out....we're usually good for 3-4 games in a row :D

and everyone has lost to a 2nd or 3rd rate team at some point. heck, p. manning threw more INT's today than Romo. everyone has off days and off games

get over yourself :P
