*Forrest Gump voice* The Steelers lost to the Saints, and that's all I have to say about that.

I just got done reading an article on Moss. Yeah, when your a big time football star you unofficially run the team. Terrell Owens, Ochocinco and Moss are the biggest idiots in the NFL.

Hope your right. Otherwise Snyder will be dumb enough to pick him up. The talent he has isn't worth the posion he injects into the team.

Sorry, but you knew I'd have to comment. I just thought it would be a year or two from now for us to have this conversation. Or at least until Coach Farve (who wanted him so bad) tears up and squalls his way through ANOTHER retirement speech (while wearing a watch that looks like one in certain pictures.....) He may have some ability left as a player but he is :smack: and more :smack: as a human being, I knew this when he ran down the meter maid. It appears the tipping point between his putrid personality and his athletic abilities has arrived. Next stop (since he's already flopped in Oakland): Cincy or Dallas, the two places where retards like him are welcomed with open arms.

Yep... nothing I can say. He made his bed. I still think he is a hell of a talent. Talent doesn't get you everything though. I thought he turned a corner. Looks like he hasn't changed since he was kicked out of 2 major college programs and landed in Marshall.

He's turned two so far this year. And there's still plenty of time left for him to burn through another team.

All I know is if he stays there the whole season.. He will help CJ out (and my hurting fantasy squad) haha.

I have nothing else to add. I am all defended out, specially after what I read on how he treated the people who catered the last football game he played in.

I believe you treat a man with respect no matter what his job is. He puts his pants on the same way I do.

I don't condone cheap shots at all, no matter what player is doing it, but with the tiny bullseye area that it's legal to hit someone now their's just too much margin for error. They better start requiring NFL players to have Physic's degrees to determine whether they should make the hit or not.

Or take off their face guards......and that would eliminate face guards penalties (as well as injuries).

Big Ron

You know I have thought about this for a while. I 100% do NOT agree with this. It is impossible for some part of your face not to get hit if you go to make a tackle while looking up. If you want no face masks you might as well take away the shoulder pads too... hell make it rugby while your at it.

If you take away defense in this game then you ruin it.

FLASH! FLASH! FLASH!

KTVT (Channel 11) is reporting that Dallas Cowboys head coach Wade Phillips has been fired and that offensive coordinator Jason Garrett will be the interim head coach. Details to come.

I would hate to be the next coach. Maybe it's time for Jerry to be the coach and save a little money.

Even their website http://www.dallascowboys.com/ has bit the dust.

Nah, that would be the Cowboys fans. Every fan at work wanted his head three weeks ago.

It didn't really help Wade when he went on national TV the other week and said he was at a lose and had no idea how to right the ship. Until Jones actually lets a coach have full control of the team they will be the same team.

News Alert! People in the DFW area are urged to go to the Cowboys Stadium during tornado alerts.....the likelyhood of a "touchdown" is remote!

Yes Wade Phillips was relieved. He had run out of ways to say he had no idea what was going on or how to correct it. You could see it on the sidelines that he was clueless. Jason Garrett wil not be an improvement. When Jerry said of Jimmy Johnson when he won Super Bowl XXVIII "that there were 500 coaches that could have won the Super Bowl with that team"......Jimmy Johnson "retired" a week later. Looks like Jerry has 494 coaches left................................

Bears doing ok today against Vikes. The thing is, they've only won against bad teams so far this year. I don't think they are particularly legit.

But if Buddy Lee Favre keeps throwing interceptions they will be ok today.

I hate the pats more though. However they did make the Steeler defense look like a joke. Probably just went down a bit in rankings.

The Pats are smart that they always play the Steelers achilles heel, the pass. They got no pressure on Brady at all. He had all day to throw. Oh well.
