DSG Mach 1 Out of JAX
 

What's up fellas, I've been following the forum on and off for a few years now and I finally had a chance to pick up a Immaculate condition 2003 DSG Mach 1.
The car is so perfect, I really don't want to drive it; but with Mustang Week coming up in July, and myself being a SC Native I have already ordered a plethera of parts ready to take it home. I'm currently in the Navy but born in raised in a little town called Irmo, SC I also own a 2003 GT and 89' LX.

I'll actually create a build list of the Mach in June when I return from sea, the Navy has me on a high optempo right now so standby! Here's a few of the Mach. Enjoy (If they don't attach, I apologize my warship doesn't have the best connection out here)

Welcome from SE GA (Alma outside Waycross)...congrats on the BEST color Mach EVER produced. I did 12 years subs so thanks for serving in the BEST service available. We have some members in Jax, Kingsland, etc. Fair winds and following seas :CHEERS:

I appreciate the love guys. DSG is the sexiest dang color IMO too, I'll try to post up some pictures when I have land in sight. Honestly, thank you for the support we'll take all we can get. I've ordered some wheels, tires, tein's, or-x and magnapacks, just going to keep it clean and simple. I want to keep it near original as possible just some tasteful mods. Anyone know where to get a factory replacement hood stripe, mine has faded.

I just found them, they look legit. Thanks man. Haze gray and underway is right, just back from a 9 month deployment in November, and we've been back out since Feb 1st. Struggle is real right now :mean!:

Cobra drivetrain with a ported Eaton, make sure you check the for sale section when you get into modding your Mach, lot of members have some good parts for sale on the cheap. I have a Magnaflow O/R X pipe for sale (didn't fit after T 56 swap). I run a O/R x and Magnapacks and DSG is right ...loud !! Actually got a little quieter (well tone changed), with longtubes. When you get back we can meet up and you can hear it for yourself :)

Haha will hold you too it when I go home to SC, I'm excited to hear how loud it will be, sounds better than the SLP's from what I've heard. I'm going to run tein coils with no ISO's and some XXR's till I can snag a good deal on some CCW's but I'll take a look at the FS/ thread when I can.

Everyone else, I appreciate the love I'll finally be home tomorrow and will post pictures!

Thanks brother man, she's immaculate. Can't wait to put a little taste on it! Besides the factory chin spoiler what's a good replacement. $220 is a little "expensive" for a piece of plastic
