Just wanted to give you guys a heads up on a really nice cruise-in located in Purcellville, VA....I think it would be nice if us local guys and girls could meet up some where and all cruise in together. More information below along with a website for all to take a look at.

Summer Thunder Cruise-In VI for 2008 will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2008 from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm (Rain Date: Sunday, August 3, 2008 Noon to 4 pm). Franklin Park, the official home of the Summer Thunder Cruise-In in Purcellville, VA will be ready to host this popular event and serve all participants and spectators with a beautiful setting, food, fun and just a great time!

We’re looking forward to exceeding 2007’s record of 750+ cars – let’s see if we can make the 1,000 mark!!! Thousands of people, and tons of fun! Don’t miss it in 2008! YOU can make our event even better – we’d love to see you there!

very nice. im excited. my auto class used to get the proceeds from that but they changed it this time, oh well. its a good time i was there last year

I'll mark it on the calendar. Hope they have a swimming pool and shade trees, it's the hottest part of the summer!

I wasn't there last year but my parents were and it was in the 90's that day....they said they had a good time though....i guess just stock up on plenty of liquids :3amin:
