I will occasionally scrape cats on a big speed bump, but the majority of the time I am just fine...

You could try loosening the clamps on the x pipe and bolts where the x pipe bolts to the cat-back and jacking up on the x pipe then tightening everything back down.

I have the same x and suspension, but no scraping, I jacked the x up before tightening

I've never scraped my cats as far as I can tell. I scrape my SLP loudmouth mufflers on just about everything though.

Same here. I have H&R Super Sports with only top isolators in the rear. I scrape the mufflers pretty often on slopes. I avoid speed bumps as much as possible. My advice would also be to jack up the X pipe before tightening.
