Throttle body cable snapped
 

Hi guys wondering if anybody has ever had this problem. So I was taking a friend out for a test drive and when I punched it my throttle body cable snapped and I'm looking every where for one but I can't see to find it. Do 99-04 gt throttle body cables work or do I need a different one like the cobras

99-01 Cobra or Mach 1 cable only will work. They're about $150, usually, when you find one. Id give ebaay a look or give mpsautosalvage a call. Not a common issue though. You may look for somewhere it's rubbing to avoid it happening with the next cable.
