to be honest its always a good thing to upgrade your rear end IMO, just makes me feel alittle better w/ it built

here is the part list that i used, you don't have to, but this will give you a ideal (also congrates on the KB kit)

-moser 31spline axle
-03/04 cobra Rear diff
-FRPP diff cover
-8.8 rebuild kit
-kept stock 3.55 gears

I have the IC KB, and I haven't done anything to the rear end (except 4.10s). All good so far.

i would say buy or have your stock flywheel resurface for sure. you can just inspect your stock one and if it can be touched up and reused it should work fine but since your going to be putting in a clutch i would go ahead and spend the money to have the flywheel too

also you don't have to build your rear end, for me its insurance and i feel better knowing its built, but you don't have too

The non-intercooled kit? Big big mistake.

What he ^^^ said! If you're going to do it, do it right, get the intercooled kit at the very least. And you may not HAVE to build up the rear end and axle shafts, but it would be a real good idea.

i'm a big believe in having a s/c. atleat have a meth injection on there, but i would prefer a intercooler. i just think its really good insurance
