Re: 03' / DSG / Auto / Procharged / 39.5k mi

Also includes some rear drag struts that I never got around to installing. I don't recall the brand, but I paid $100 for them used from Angus66.

Free bump. =)

Re: Shark fishing this weekend - Enjoy

What captain says, goes. ;) I do wish I would have taken a tooth or something, though. At least I have the youtube video. :12:

But seriously, it was an awesome experience. Worth the $100 charter...

Re: Shark fishing this weekend - Enjoy

It was a joke, I meant the crew members!!

Captain kept the head (which weighed 80-100lb). I was helping hold down the fish as it twitched when he was cutting the head, so no video......

Re: Shark fishing this weekend - Enjoy

When cutting off the head, when the spinal cord was hit, it "twitched". A big fish like that twitching caused the boat to be flooded with urine.

We got a lot of good-eating meat.

Captain was...

Re: What would you do next???

I believe they're the 275's. Using the stock rims, fit just fine. The ET Streets should be plenty of tire for your auto, just drop em to 15psi or so and you will be fine. They are the bias-ply, so...

4600 stall from Darrin, the only transmission upgrade. Rear-end is stock except for the 4.10 ring and pinion. Cut a 1.71 60' time. I can't gaurantee you...

Re: Major weight loss

I started p90x 30 days ago. 6' 2", 205 at start. Down to 195 in 30 days. Probably around 15% body fat when I started. Gained lots of muscle definition and the weight lost is most definitely...

Re: Are Bassani Cats SMOG Legal In California?

Bassani catted X-pipe and a little blower. ;) See sig. Didn't have the catback, but that didn't really matter.

Re: Blow-through vs. draw-through with ProCharger?

I have the BA2400 originally as a blow-through. Didn't work worth beans. Converted to a draw-through which was a major pain, but it works fine now. The issue, as mentioned before, is the sizing of...

Re: Are Bassani Cats SMOG Legal In California?

My car would not pass smog with the x-pipe. I got by on all the other stuff, but it was reading too high on the NOx test. I have the suspicion it's because of the 2 hi-flow cats vs. the stock 4 cats....

Re: Ran car finally 1/8 with 4k converter

I think he's trying to say... if you mash the brake, rev up the engine, and the tires break at 2,700 rpms, then rev up to 2,500-2,600 at the strip.

Personally, I pulled a couple low 1.7's by just...

Re: GT 500 -WITH 305(HP) and 208(TQ) WTF!

Rear-wing, or Right-wing horsepower?

This may turn into a political debate.

On topic, I read that article yesterday and noticed the obvious error. I hit refresh to give them the...
