Why is that? I love the look of '04 heads over '03 heads. Not to mention, the aluminum will dissipate heat faster than the powdercoated ones will.

The best thing to do is to buy calipers that are zinc coated because they won't rust in these areas, but an easy fix to the calipers you have now is just to wire brush the rusty areas, and hit them...

I have FRPP FR500s and 275/35-18 GS-D3s with H&R SS springs and I have zero rubbing issues.
