Re: How worth it are LCAs?
A decent LCA and panhard bar combination should help with launching and wheel hop. FYI, MM says you can remove your quad shocks once you install their LCAs and panhard bar. That should tell you...

Re: Vortech V3 SCi vs Si
Because I live in California, and the Vortech unit is CARB approved. The Procharger units are not.

Vortech V3 SCi vs Si
I'm about to order a Vortech kit for my Mach 1. It's going to be a tuner setup, to which I will add a CXRacing intercooler kit. My question is, would it be better to go with a V3 SCi or V3 Si blower?...

Re: T56 vs 3650
I have scoured Internet forums and talked to some knowledgeable shops about transmission upgrades. Here is what I have found.
First and foremost, realize that if you abuse a manual transmission by...

Re: Parts and pieces
Are you including cams with the heads? Are they 9-thread heads?
Does the Teksid block have wet or dry Darton sleeves? What is the bore size?

Re: PD Blowers and Road Racing
I have it on good authority from a local shop which does KB installs that they will still make a kit. You just have to supply the stock 03/04 Cobra parts which Ford no longer makes, such as the lower...

PD Blowers and Road Racing
I feel like I have read every thread in every Mustang forum about this, but I still haven't gotten a straight answer. I'm planning on supercharging my Mach sometime in the next six months, and I...

Just go with an alternative. They're fairly simple electronic devices. I was looking at one made by Vortech not too long ago.

Re: How worth it are LCAs?
I put in MM's adjustable RLCAs and panhard bar a few weeks ago. The rear grip is vastly improved, and the rear end just feels so much more stable and tighter. The only downside was an increase in...

Re: Everyone using solid LCA's
Maximum Motorsports doesn't recommend anything other than the stock upper control arms if you're going to stay with the 4-link "quadra-bind" rear suspension and install a panhard bar (highly...

Re: Everyone using solid LCA's
Anytime you create a more solid connection between the drive train and the chassis, you're going to get more noise. I recently installed some MM Heavy Duty LCAs (spherical bushings on one end), an MM...
