Figured I better update while I'm in here. So the engine and transmission are in the car for good now!!!
The pics really don't do this any justice. I was really surprised at how easy it is to get the engine in and out of the car with the motor/midplates! The turbo kit practiclly falls on the car as well! There is one small hiccup in the turbo kit however... I had forgotten that I was gonna have a 1" spacer between the lower and the lid of the intake manifold. Gonna need to make a adjustment to the discharge pipe of the intercooler going up to the throttlebody!

Also I gotta take the alternator back off the car and do some machining on the mounts to the engine block, plus.....the thing looks friggin hideous compared to everything else goin on under the hood. The nickel and dime stuff is already starting!!!
