Every car is different my 04 made the most peak power @27 degrees of timing but made more power through the entire band with 25 degrees.
My 03 it didn't make a difference it made the same power with 24 and 27.

I guess if your wanting to eek out every last ounce of power, sit on a dyno and play with the timing till you find the sweet spot.
