Throw-out bearing for sure. Just had the same EXACT issue. Had to drop the K-member due to BBK longtubes in order to get the tranny out. Replaced the clutch disk, throwout bearing, pressure plate and pilot bearing. I said to hell with doing this myself. Paid my dealer 3K to do it.
Love the car, well worth it. They told me the throwout bearing had totally come apart. 107K miles on the car. Good luck!
