You could get the missing center cap on e bay. They're over priced for what they are, but buying just one isn't a huge deal.
Those look like magnaflow tips. They should be adjustable.
Lmr makes some nice looking headlights that are stock appearance that have good reviews. Oem is probably best, but for $520 plush tax...the lmr might not be a bad deal at $143 for both.
