Mine was giving me a little trouble going into gear, so bought the clutch free play elimination kit (basically a spring that pushes on the clutch fork so the T/O bearing is pushed away from the diaphram fingers). The reason it helped so much was that I was able to get the T/O bearing very close to the diaphram fingers without touching. THUS I am sure the clutch fork is traveling the full range.
Another thing I did was adjust my short throw shifter (MGW). I think the angle I had the handles fixed made it hard to put it into gear straight.
I am still waiting for my fiore firewall adjuster, so it's a lot better, but not perfect yet.
