Throw out bearing help.

Need some help. I just installed an adjustable firewall adapter/Clutch quadrant. My TOB sqeeked a little before hand, but now its really bad. Anyone know how to adjust the firewall adapter? CC or clockwise. My clutchtake up is really short now as well, not long and progressive (like grabed at the floor) like the stock clutch did. Is this a good or bad thing, someone help me out, i'm trying to set this right. I also would like to get rid of the TOB noise (if i rest my foot ont he clutch it goes away). Thanks.
