BendPak Quickjack lift
I picked up my BendPak Quickjack lift today and set it up. It was really simple to assemble and is it awesome!
http://www.bendpak.com/Shop-Equipmen...k/BL-5000.aspx It raises the car quickly and effortlessly. Once lifted and with the safety bar in place, it was really stable and secure. I positioned the lift so that the front spacer block was on the front subframe and the rear block was on the rear of the subframe connector. Here are a few pics of it. Don't mind the dirty floor, my wife parks on that side of the garage and it's a mess from winter. I am definitely going to get some use out of this working on the Mach.

Re: BendPak Quickjack lift
Looks nifty!.. def a good alternative. One question, are you able to get to the trans or center of the car using this lift?..

Re: BendPak Quickjack lift
Yes. It is two separate lifts, with nothing between them, that work in unison, leaving the center of the car completely open.

Re: BendPak Quickjack lift
That looks so practical. May I ask how much and where did you get it from and can it pack down into the trunk? PS: Love the floor colour with the Mach.

They didn't have a price list on their site.

Re: BendPak Quickjack lift
Very nice!
How was shipping & everything? Was it delivered via normal UPS/FedEx or was it a truck freight type of deal? Also, any close-up pictures of how/where you positioned everything on the car? |

Thanks. There are a couple different options for delivery, this was from where I bought it from anyway. 1. You pick it up from the delivery company, no charge. I picked it up with my wife's Escape. I folded down the rear seats and moved the passenger seat all the way up and it fit. One of the guys at the shipping company helped me put it in the car. 2. The shipping company delivers it to your house on a standard truck with a high gate. You have to off load it yourself with someone to help. The entire package weights about 135lbs. This is a $40 fee. 3. The shipping company delivers it to your house on a lift gate truck. You still have to remove it from the truck. This is a $120 fee. If you go to http://www.asedeals.com/store/bendpa...-lift/#tabMore and use the check out, you can estimate the charges. I'll post up some pics of the lifting points late today. I'm going out to do an oil change and play around with it.
