2003 Mach 1 5 speed iup 3400 miles in Kentucky

Listing one last time. Car needs a fuel pump. I have one new in the box that goes with the car along with a car cover. Car stored in an climate controlled garage and been in the rain once.

100 percent stock with no abuse. Its as close as new as you will find. 34xx miles. Car is in Elizabethtown Ky. 1000 miles were put on from Tampa Fl to Elizabethtown. I am pricing it to sell at 16K.

That's highway robbery. That's a great friggin' price, even though red burns my retina's. Can't believe you can't sell it.

It sucks that the fuel pumps on these cars go bad when they're not driven much. My fuel pump when bad about 2 years ago. Mach had about 12,000 miles at the time. Best of luck with the sale of a pristine TR Mach.

It does for sure. I read somewhere that the gas has sulpher in it and seperates and just eats the pumps up. I dont know if its true but I know from reading most fuel pump problems come from cars being stored away. I would imagine this would apply to all cars and trucks for that matter.

Glad you made it home ok. Enjoy it.

I was a little worried about that 9 year old motorcraft battery. Hopefully, you got the cobwebs blown out of it.

That was a pretty good deal. I had (until yesterday) almost a twin to yours, with 1,675 miles, and also had to put a new fuel pump in from sitting. I got in a bind and had to give it away for $14K. Then it also included an extra set of 4 brand new orig. replacement GY tires, complete set of Ford stripes, and a bunch of misc. new Ford parts I had bought for down the road if it got driven and needed to be replaced.
