Engine noise

I've developed a rattle only at idle. Sounds like it's coming from the driver side head area. Does not seem to be clutch related. Tried to add pressure to the shaker and different things to make sure nothing was loose. I've done a lot of searching on here and the corral and can't seem to find anything. Any ideas?Seems to go away as soon as you give hit the throttle. Hope it's nothing in the motor. Going to get it checked out but thought i'd get thoughts on here.
