Fuel pump suggestion

I have a D1SC with a 12 lb pulley. Its a tunner kit. I have the 39lbs cobra injectors i just need a pump.

Just wanted a suggestion for a fuel pump to go with the kit above. I was looking at a Walbro TU229HP and maybe a BAP. I was also thinking of a cobra pump. Is there much work to connect the cobra pump? Looks like it comes with a second connection to hook up.

you could prob get away with a focus fuel pump and a BAP or you could find and if you have the money to get a whole 03/04 cobra fuel tank with pumps

your going to have to do alittle wiring with the cobra pump and also the walbro.

i would throw in a dual 03/04 cobra pump set up if i was you if you have the money. it will be better having more than enough than almost maxing it out

i'm running dual 03/04 cobra pumps, BAP, and lethal dual fpdm set up for mine and i'm good to go for alittle more HP i'm sitting at 554rwhp right now

i would almost say with that much boost your going to prob need bigger injectors too, its going to depend on where your HP and what the dyno shows on your fuel level

Re: Fuel pump suggestion

I would like to be in the 450 to 500 hp range. Have a stock bottom end till next year.
So you think a cobra and a BAP will do the trick? How difficult is it to hook up the cobra pumps (plug and play), anything else i need to get with it for wiring?

Thanks alot for the advice

Re: Fuel pump suggestion

if it was me and i was going to use one pump and BAP i could find a Focus fuel pump and go with it, truly will be plug and play and do what you need for that range of HP.

-focus fuel pump (plug and play nothing else, direct replacement)
-KB BAP

there your done and it will hold what you got on numbers

why mess with the other stuff or other fuel pumps when you have to mess w/ wiring and don't need too. to easy focus pump w/ BAP will set you up fine
