New water temp guage installed

Installed a new water temp guage this weekend.

Big thanks to Mark (2K4mach) for putting up with all my questions.

Installed it in my glove box that already had my nitrous guage and window switch. Now it looks balanced.

The picture don't show it but the instrument guages and the water temp guages are lunar guages and they match perfectly. The nitrous guage glows a royal blue.

Used the drivers side block drain hole for the sensor. Man with headers and on blocks its a tough thing to get at. But I go it.

Man she really burped out a lot of air during the burp proceedure. I wonder if I will need to do it a second time.

Below are some crapy pictures. Car runs at around 165-168. Keep in mind I have a it kinda cold out,160 stat, electric water pump and mixture of coolant, distilled water and water wetter.

Maybe there is a reason for a glovebox after all. that is a perfect place for those gauges. Good Job

It works great. I was going to get 2 single guage pods but a package of l brackets from lowes did the trick. I installed a switch for the lights as well so when I am riding at night with it closed I can turn off the lights and not produce any heat in the box.

Got all my parts except the guages and the MSD from Lowes. Love that Lowes Preformnace Autosports!!!! LOL

Got the guages from:
