Re: 2003 Shadow Grey

Congrats, I just did the same about 2 months ago and its been a blast some minor problems with the car but nothing that cant be fixed. DSG was teh color I orginially wanted as I has a Cougar the same color but my Mach is white and its like it just as much.

Re: 2003 Shadow Grey

Thanks guys. The 2nd week the fan went out then cracked the coolant resivour and it was the thermostat. Almost had a heart attack thinking my head gasket was blown or had a more serious issue but its running great. The guy before put on an SLP exhaust and 2 inch rear wheel spacers which are off already. The exhaust sounds great though and other than the shifter the guy put on the car seems great so far. Steeda is in the mail!

**** dude I have a brand new steeda tri-ax that a guy sold me that said it was for a t5, and its for the tr3650. And my mach had the same shifter in it when I bought it so now its an extra (because when i bought it and thought it was for a T5, i was gonna put it in my thunderbird.) I would've cut ya a good deal since you're right next door and all!!

And congrats!! Mine is also a DSG 03 Mach. Amazing cars!

Re: 2003 Shadow Grey

Welcome! I love my SLPs. I think it sounds the best.
At least you can drive your new car. I just bought my car about a month ago in need of repairs and haven't even driven it much.Waiting on parts. I'm dying here! Enjoy that sound. Enjoy that car!

Congrats and welcome. I did the first thing as soon as I got it home. The guy had a T-handle shifter so I got the Triax and FRPP cobra style knob.
