Gotta Love old (er) cars..

So, for those of you that followed my stereo thread, you know I just finished a full upgrade. Now, with the close relationship I have with MRS MURPHY,
I am fully anticipating something key will fail now that I have completed a non-essential upgrade on the car.

Sooooo....

Today, My son wants to take a drive to replicate a cruze we did back in may.
He wants to take the Mach. So I am like...Cool...

We take our drive a little more than an hour or so. On the way back, we stop at Buckees here to fill up on some good ethanol free 92 octane, and I get back in the car, fire it up, and only some of the air is blowing out of the ac vents and the blower motor is making some interesting noises..

So...every sign its a blend door issue as we have all come to know and love.

Having experienced something similar a few years ago on a hot summer day drive, I decided to just get home, shut the car off and come back later to check.

Sure enough, everything is fine. AC is blowing as it should, nice and cold etc...

either an early warning sign, or...just messing with me because the old girl can...

I love older (er) cars...
