Re: For those with superchargers
I get anywhere in-between 220-240 miles around town and about 290-300 on the highway.

Re: For those with superchargers
if your constantly "in boost" you will lose gas mileage...just nature of it. MORE power means MORE fuel used....

Re: For those with superchargers
if you keep your foot of it, have a properly functioning bypass valve and a good tune the difference should be pretty minimal. Once you start laying into it though its game over

Re: For those with superchargers
Sorry, I just saw that you were asking about gas mileage in boosted cars, mine is not.

Re: For those with superchargers
With Whipple and T56 see about 230 for a tank with 3.73 gear, helped alot going to a Cobra baffled tank, would let it get below 1/2.

Re: For those with superchargers
E85 all the time and when I'm driving it, I am regularly in boost and at WOT. So I usually get about 11.

Re: For those with superchargers
I accelerate pretty heavy and do about 75/80 on the freeway. I'm lucky to get 16mpg.

Re: For those with superchargers
32VALVR & Mach828 I noticed that both of you have auto transmissions. My Mach 1 is an auto and I plan on installing a Procharger blower later on this year. What did you guys do to help strengthen the auto transmission to handle the added HP & TQ?
