Re: NASCAR thread
Unfortunately Jarrett finally made a race on speed as he qualified 23rd.

Re: NASCAR thread
Not to mention, Blaney is 8th with a very fast car again. He is the class of the Toyota teams.

Re: NASCAR thread
NASCAR.com finally got it all sorted out and got the owners points entries and so forth put right. It had Mikey in, ahead of Carl and Biffle. By the time the owners points entries got figured in he was out. I hate seeing those two Roush cars so far back, but Kennseth has our back up front. Interesting to see JJ and Gordon startin gso far back, and Martins qualified in even though word was that he was the back up driver for Gordons baby-watch.

Re: NASCAR thread
What an unbelievable jerk! I'm sick of this Jeff Gordon clown! Who the hell does he think he is? He actually puts his family before racing? What a horrible, horrible person! And he's GAY!

Re: NASCAR thread
First off, I'm not a Hendricks fan but I don't hate them. For all the haters out there complaining about Hendricks being able to test the COTs more then the other teams was beyond NASCARs control. It seems that Gibbs, Hendricks, and Childress were doing extra testing but they were doing it outside of NASCARs rules. Meaning they were doing them on tires purchased from other teams and on tracks not sanctioned by NASCAR. Therefore, they gave themselves the advantage, NOT NASCAR!!!! It just seems that the other crew cheifs and team owners didn't think of it and now they are paying the price. At least that is what I get out of this article.

Re: NASCAR thread
Good job by Kasey on the strong Busch win last night. Don't know what happened to Matt late in the race. He seemed to be in contention, and then when backwards really fast (although not as fast as Robbie Gordon...that was bizarre!).

Re: NASCAR thread
Another week and another Hendricks car finishes in 1st. :HOPPY:
I'm in the minority big time here, but it sucked to see Gordon out. But then when you qualify in the back with all the meatballs, has beens, and of course the Toyota's, expect them to take you out with them, it was no surprise to me. I'm glad that Stewart did not finish 1st. My dislike for him is about as deep as most of you dislike one of the greatest drivers of all time in Gordon. It was nice to see Jr.(some of us can like Jr. and Gordon in this world) run so strong. And of course to see the kids Mears and Yealey look so strong and finish 1- 2. And it was awesome to see Kyle Petty finish at #3. Overall, very good weekend for me, another Hendricks car in first, Cavaliers finally beat the Pistons, and the Indians swept the Tigers. |

Re: NASCAR thread
Didn't they say this was Kyle Petty's first top 5 in ten years?

Re: NASCAR thread
Yeah, I think he had an 8th last year, but it's been since '97 since has was top 5 (also 3rd).
Petty also went into the infield crowd and picked people at ramdom to ride with him around the track! He may not be the driver everyone wants him to be, but he certainly is the personality for the sport that everyone should be. His work like that as well as the Victory Junction Gang camp for kids has shown that this is a class act.

I'm with you on that one. Kyle is a class act all the way. Even as a Hendricks team fan, I was hoping that Mears and Yealey would run out of fuel so that Kyle could take the checkered flag. |

Re: NASCAR thread
Worked last week...I used it to hang up a lug nut, and then blow a tire.
Non-believers should stay away from south Louisiana. Had another one for Jeffey....dropped it around lap 56...
