My brother had a close friend in west Texas that had two '69 BOSS 429s, they were 1 serial number apart. Eventually he sold both because he was afraid to drive them on the street and damage them. After the sale, he retired! Literally. There were is perfect show room condition, one was restored while the other was a real survivor. $$$$$$ BTW, at 17 years old, I got to sit in both of them.

I bet he retired! And lucky you for even getting to sit in it!
