Chris just re-adjusted the a/f back to 12.8, re-calibrated the MAF and added 1* timing, its an identical tune to my original really, just air/fuel tweaks.

My engine or tune must be garbage because I put down only 315rwhp & 327 rwtq with LT's, o/r H, catback, C&L 85mm maf, roy's 3/8" spacer, & xcal 2 tune... 19* base timing but I added 1* from 2000-4000 rpm's, & 2* from 4000-8000 rpm's on my Xcal2 on my last dyno pull on a dyno dynamics....

after seeing how little the crank pulley helped i'm thinking about it, and replacing the PS and Alt with Cobra R pulleys instead.

Ive read every post here. Does anyone know if there is a gain or how much one person would expect with adding the Catback> I have a Bassani X pipe with cats,Now Im thinking of buying the Bassani Catback . Im just wondering if the catback will show much improvement?

its cheaper to change the mufflers and keep the stock catback, you get pretty much the same results but its up to you

Cat backs on a stock car is a waste of money ! But since Most people think that... louder is faster..it is on a race car ! My chambered Borlas and mods dyno @ 297 RWHP with an auto.and no long tubes.

I'll post my two cents - SLP Catted X, SLP LM1's, C&L CAI, NGK TR55IX's, 3/8ths spacer, SCT XCAL custom tune - 318/333 on a DYNO DYNAMICS dyno, which are usually more conservative.

Does everyone put down SAE or STD numbers?
I have PSR from NAZ, 3/8" spacer, C&L intake, 90MM maf, Accufab T/B, Hooker 1 5/8" longtubes, O/R X pipe, Magnaflow Exhaust and with a custom dyno tune i out down 299rwhp and 308ft/lbs. The really question is with 300rwhp how good are you 1/4 mile times? I ran 12.66@108 with 17" MT Et Streets!

On that 12.66 run, i was granny shifting and was really slow from 2nd to 3rd. Next time out i'll be slapping on my prostars skinnys with my 26x10 slicks. Plus the 4.30's probably hurt my RWHP number.

Dyno tuned, made 285 last summer. Since them i installed a Magnaflow c/b and a PSR. A Local tuner around Halifax just got the SCT program, so i'm gonna check him out. Runs good and all, maybe a few more ponies still on the table.

5 Speed 2004. Car has BBK Long tubes , O/R H pipe, Mac catback, c&l inlet pipe, mobil 1 10w30. Made 300 whp and 322 wtq on a dynojet. Car didn't want to take any timing that day, was hoping for higher #'s with my LT's
