I was wondering what most of the fellows are using in there Mach's. I'm using Mobil 1 5000 clean 5W20 CHANGED EVERY 2800 MILES.

I use Motorcraft 5w-20 in my Mach 1 and Royal Purple in the Cobra.
I also only use Motorcraft oil filter's though. No particular reasoning, just what I use.

RP 5-20 changed out every spring (about 1.5k miles) or prior to any track outing.

I've been using Mobil 1 Synthetic for about 18 years since I bought my first Mustang in '92. I'm happy with it so I don't see a need to change brands.

Ive been using Valvoline motor oils the last couple years. And I run WIX filters. But ive always ran full synthetic I usually change oil between 3-5k.

My Mach is not a daily driver, it just turned 20K and I have changed the oil & filter 11 times.
Mobil 1 5W20 & motorcraft filters since day #1.
