03-04 Cobra front bumper questions/advice - 2003-04 Mach 1 Registry Owners Club

I have installed a 99-01 and it was a piece of cake.

I have some questions on the 03-04 bumper:

I see the re-pops on e-bay and Late Model Restoration...are they all created equal?

If not, which ones are best?

What has to be done if you are not putting on a Cobra hood? Will it line up okay or do I have to adjust how I install it?

Do they come with the 2 bolt brackets on either side for bolting into the fenders like our bumpers?

Thanks...oh, and if anyone has any other info that will help in the purchase and install....feel free!!

The non OEM bumpers on ebay are a hit and miss. Some guys say they have fitment issues, others don't. As for the brackets on the L/H & R/H sides you will have to either order new ones or reuse the ones you already have. You don't have to do anything with the hood, if anything you will have to modify the top portion of the bumper where the opening is for the grill if anything. All that consists of is pushing the top of the opening back far enough to clear the hood and drill new holes for the fasteners. It's fairly an easy install over all.
