Radio - No sound - 2003-04 Mach 1 Registry Owners Club

Today I went to take my car out and the battery was dead. Me and my buddy went to jump it and it turned a few times then I heard a noise in the back like it was from the amp. Now I got no sound. I checked all the fuses that have to do with the mach 460 and radio. none are blown. any ideas? everything lights up the same and shows time and playing but no sound?!

I would never jump start the car from another vehicle... i would just charge the battery up with a charger, if you do use another vehicle follow the instructions in the manual, like turning ur heater on full blast to avoid a surge or something like that and not connecting directly to the batteries negative thing lol, its rare but using another car can sumetimes mess something up....
