I called about two weeks ago and they told me they are expecting them from China in a few weeks. Of course they are made in China!

I called this week and they said a month that they were being made. I was told about a month a month ago and that they were being "shipped" from china. Smells like BS to me.

i just wouldn't get set on getting em, till you have em order and get a tracking number

they just need to make these rims they would sale alot of em

I was just waiting around for a second set to mount DRs on but the more I think about it lately, if I can find a decent 16" wheel that wont have clearance problems forget AFS and the waiting game

i would have loved having a set of DD mach rims, but its just not going to happen for me, i still say its a great thing if they do they would sell a bunch of em

Hmmmm indeed! As mentioned in http://www.mach1registry.org/forums/...&postcount=150, I called on Dec. 20, and was placed 5'th on a waiting list. Just last week 'mach460' was placed 4'th on a waiting list (see http://www.mach1registry.org/forums/...&postcount=169).

I guess Julio is using a random number between 1 and 10 when telling folks what position they have in the "waiting list".

I WANT to believe what they say, but I just can't. One of my MAC Black 18x9 wheels is damaged and I want to replace it. One guy yesterday said 2 months, another guy today said 1 month. I also talked to them about 18x10.5 inch wheels, and while they have kicked around the idea it will likely never happen,

I sent them a message through their website inquiring about a set of the 17x9/10.5 in Mac Black about 2 weeks ago and I received this a couple days ago:

We will be glad to put you on the list. No deposit needed. We are expecting the next batch to be shipped to us the 1st week in May. Please send us a phone number so we can contact you when they get in to arrange payment. They should arrive at our shop the middle of May.

I finally got around to having my AFS chrome wheels mounted up with tires and put on the car this afternoon! They've been sitting in their packing boxes in the garage since the week before Christmas!

I bought a set of BFG G-force sports in 275/40's for the fronts, and a set of Nitto NT05's in 315/35 for the rear. ****, I had forgotten how good those wheels looked on my car! Yeah, I had a set of 4 17x9's on it up until I did the big build, and needed wider wheels and tires on the back. Never quite warmed up to the FR500's, and I'll be glad to see them go!

I bought a set of chrome mach 1 rims from a.f.s a few years ago 17x9 & 17x10.5 dd it was the worst transaction I have ever had. They charged my card two times & billed me over 2k. It took almost 2 weeks to get everything right. I will never do buisness with them again I would rather pay $600 for two used rims. [the rims do look nice I'll give them that] Just a pain the *** for everthing I went through.

Nah, I didn't call, I just sent them a message through their website. He didn't tell me what number I was in line, just that I would get a phone call when they came in. In any case, i'm sure you guys that were placed on "the list" will get first dibs. It's cool with me, as long as I get a set when they come in.
