Re: Official Procharger HP/TQ/mods thread:
So far I have about 2,000 mi. on my Mach1 after installing the Procharger. I had to do a little machining and some modifications to the kit as I did the install, but it worked out fine. It runs great and I'm very happy with it. The only thing that bothers me a little is the rattling sound it has at idle that's been there since day one. I've been told that it's just because of backlash in the straight cut gears, and it does go away as soon as the rpm goes up off of idle. It's just what the Mach needed!
Stock Bottom end: Yes Head unit: P1SC Pulley Size: 4.00" / 8#'s of boost @ 6,500 rpm Fuel system: 39# injectors and pump that came with Procharger kit. MAF: Stock Exhaust: Magnapacks RWHP/RWTQ: 432 / 400 With a safe street tune. Tuner: Illinois Dyno Center
