ANyone have MRT O/R H with Stingers?

I'm going through the exhaust clip thread but have not found a clip yet.

Re: ANyone have MRT O/R H with Stingers?

I had it installed on mine, but I took it off. It was just way too loud for me. For some odd reason, I never did get a clip of it. It was on for only two days, just time enough for me to find time to yank it back off.

It's not TOO bad, but I like the Stingers just how they are.

I did a Mac H pipe with stingers and it sounded horrible. Go with an x (preferably catted) or prochamber if you have stingers.

I really want to get a catted prochamber.

I can't seem to find those listed online anywhere.

Did you go back to stock H for now? If so did you notice a power difference?

I have a BBK catted X with stingers now, but the roads here are bad and I hit the cats exiting parking lots a lot. I'm not even lowered.

How would a catless x with stingers sound?

I went back to the stock H-pipe. As far as a power difference, they're pretty much dyno-proven, but for me it was more or less the sound of going faster. Was it? Maybe. Worth it? Not at all.

From my understanding, Mac stopped making the catted prochamber because they had problems with their supplier of cats honoring their warranty. So, they no longer make the catted version of the prochamber.

Re: ANyone have MRT O/R H with Stingers?

I have a MRT O/R H-pipe and the Stingers. This is a loud combo, but I like it overall. It has an annoying sound between 2000-3000 RPM (kinda like a glasspack I guess), but after that, it clears up and sounds mean. I get lots of compliments on it.

Here are couple of mine:
