by the time the n2o hits you should be makin more tq then hp.. what size shot are you running and what was the dyno with just the blower? i dont think you'll double ur hp numbers but you will def see pretty close to double the torque.. which is what i loved on mine!

haha thanks at least someone was.....im fully built no worries......dyno on boost is in the sig 540rwhp 9psi p1sc with slip.....

this nitrous dyno is on pump gas with torco accell.(should =104 octane) the shot will be starting with 35 then 50 and possibly 75 but i doubt it.....75 is the max on my kit.

btw im not the dipsh*t ls1killer from svtperf.... im fastbacon over there....(that kid runs a 2v gt....thats really bad readn haha)

i wish this was true but my current numbers are 540/455 torque would have to take a leap for the sky.......to at least pass my hp on juice....but i can always hope......

any time this week the dyno tuner can take me.....he tunes on his own time as a hobby....so its hard to get on with him.....theres usually a wait..lol

I will call BS on your 540HP w/a P1 at 9 psi. I have done way to many procharger installs for that number dream on. You might get it with the 50 shoot and that is a maybe. If you think you have 540 I would love to see a time slip not a inflated dyno sheet. So you are telling me you have a P1 making 9psi on a mach1 running mid to high 10's?

He also said the car has ported heads and cams, my car makes 480 on 9 psi with no intercooler & stock cams..so if it was dyno'd in cold temperatures I don't see how 540 is out of the question. I'm looking for 500-520 after i put on an intercooler and power pipe this winter.

With a completely 100% stock 1999 Cobra longblock I made around 480rwhp with 11-12psi. (whatever 126mph in the 1/4th is with a 3,625lb car)

I can see these numbers being true since he has much better heads and better cams than I did.


Now what I do not understand is belt slippage with 9psi of boost.

OK, I'll man up and say it. You guys are full of shyte, There is no way you are making that much power, you are full of bullshyte....Guess what, My KB was making 570 to the wheels, I had it retuned, added an extra 1lb of boost and now it is making 699 to the wheels on 87 octane. Wow, I just gained and extra 129 hp in 2 seconds of typing.

I had a P1 on my 89 with edelbrock performer heads and a GT40 intake.
At 14 PSI that car made 485 hp at the wheels. With a NX 50 shot it made 515 hp at the wheels (going very rich). It did gain 80 ft lbs of torque down low, but minimal gains at the peak.

I don't see why 550 hp is a stretch at all.

A cammed 4V should be making 350 at the wheels. Using simple math 10PSI should give you 350 (25/15) = 583 hp.

13 PSI --> 350 (28/15) = 653 hp

Seems very reasonable to me.

Ok you guys have to get a better understanding on compression ratios and how they are affected with boost. Because if It was me being called out in such a rude manner I would be pissed. his 10.1.1 CR at 13 psi is = to 8.5.1 at almost 20psi....So with a little head work and cams which im under the impression that he has his numbers are not all that unrealistic.
