I love NHRA Drag Racing. They are coming back to Bristol in May. I can't wait!! Here are a couple photos from last year.

Tony S's win was just one of the most incredible things that I have seen in sports. Kinda like the bottom of the ninth 2 outs, 2 strikes home run to win the WS. You could tell that Kalitta was pretty crushed about losing the title.

I know that the "mustangs" they run have absolutely nothing in common with ours aside from the "Ford" on the side - (Oh yeah and the shaker! haha) - but it still feels like a symbolic mustang win whenever team Force shines the win light!

John is the quintessential character, and his personality alone makes him a superstar. Add to that the fact that he has put together probably the best team in dragracing, (ever), and manages to drive, on average, better than everyone else year after year. That has made him "the face of professional drag racing" to the public and has helped boost the popularity of the sport tremendously.

Congrats on 14. Good going, JF!
