At least you didnt go in reverse! Even if its someones first time thats just a general mistake that shouldnt happen. How do you forget to take the car out of reverse?

Ive seen people at a parking lot back up to pay for the toll, and forgetting its in reverse plow into the car behind them. Its pretty easy to forget when your distracted.
