That's a nice list to just have laying around. Very interesting.

Re: North America's Fastest Production Cars
Very cool but it does not list Thunderbolts Mach 1. I think he said 18.6 was his best ET shifting with his MGW.

It's true but he must have stopped to pick up somebody using a stock shifter.

Re: North America's Fastest Production Cars
Yeah, the list is helpful but by no means the authority. It has some times that are slower than others have been able to get. For example, the 2003 Cobra they have listed as a 12.8 by Car & Driver when I've seen video of the convertible running a 12.7 & MM got a 12.4 with the coupe. However, they DO have a disclaimer. And my buddy told me that those tests of the older cars were done with slicks, so take them for what they are worth.
Anyone have a clue what a stock Mach (ZERO performance upgrades) could run with just some good slicks? I'm just curious.

Re: North America's Fastest Production Cars
I wouldnt race a stock mach with slicks....drag radials alone are enough to break the stock axles

Re: North America's Fastest Production Cars
Should be called North America's Quickest Production Cars, not fastest. Impressive list though. Good find.
