How can I adjust idle RPM setting?

I'm interested in changing my idle setting higher than stock. Anyone know how this can be done?

I know it will require a software change; how to go about it I'm not sure. Do any of the flash tuners give you that capability?

It is on page 5 of the manual. It has parameters for drive and neutral and says to use neutral for manual transmission cars. This is for the Predator, don't know about other tuners.

Yeah, but I won't be able to do it until Sunday night. I'll keep you posted.

Re: How can I adjust idle RPM setting?

Sometimes, particularly with the A/C on at a stop, the idle would drop to about 500 and then recover, so I set it at 800 rpm. That was too high and the idle would not drop fast enough for my liking (I use a restrictor plate). I reset it to 700, that was too low and would sometimes drop to 400 at a stop, so I split the difference at 750.
