Are we still planning on have the BBQ Friday night at the hotel? Probably need to figure out what we need. I don't think Haeg and Dawn will be there this year and they were our major logistical planners for the most part.

Not going to have any time to prep or bring chicken this year as I will be packing and getting stuff ready to fly out to Europe Saturday afternoon… probably just going to catch dinner out Thursday and Friday..

NOt sure if we will have the BBQ doesn't sound like too many people, plus we only had 4 rooms for the block, so not even sure how many will be at the hotel.
Maybe we can just order PIZZA and wings or something once we know how many will be there. We should be in Thursday Afternoon sometime.

I am available for Thursday and Friday dinners and plan to be at the showfield Friday and Saturday. Looking forward to a break. Insanely busy these days. Boss keeps telling me to not add anymore jobs and he adds them.
