Re: >>>Mustang Truck>>>
It looks like something the Beach Boys should be cruising the surfing scene with in a music video...
Definitely unique... Jay

Re: >>>Mustang Truck>>>
Saw one in Colorado last year on vacation. I wasn't feeling it then, and I'm not feeling it now.

Re: >>>Mustang Truck>>>
I believe Ford actually make a couple of them but never put it into production? I think there was also a four door and a station wagon Mustang back in the late sixties too but never went into production.
The Station Wagon. http://www.muscularmustangs.com/data...protowagon.php 4 door. http://www.muscularmustangs.com/database/fourdoor.php This link contains the pick-up version and others (I think some if not all of these are custom cars in this link though) http://www.mustangsource.com/BeyondMod.cfm

Re: >>>Mustang Truck>>>
They are real. A dealership made 50 of them. Its called a Mustero. A guy had 1 at Carlisle last year with all the paper work to confirm it. It had a different vin, # than any other Mustang.

Re: >>>Mustang Truck>>>
I dont see why you hate it, it's not riced out or anything. Just a classic Mustang with a slightly different look.

Re: >>>Mustang Truck>>>
It just does'nt look like it should be called a mustang. Pinto would have been a better name for that fuggly thing! It is just my personal taste.

Re: >>>Mustang Truck>>>
I'll play devil's advocate and agree - I had the chance to drive a Jaguar XJS 'wagon' conversion a few years back. From the drivers seat - no difference at all, but you could load a bunch of stuff in the back and the headroom made the rear seats usable by folk over 5'6". I guess America has some sort of anti-wagon thing going on, no idea why as they are way better to drive than a minivan or any SUV.
