It should. I'm basing that on the fact that the Kenne Bell kit included a "modified 03/04 Cobra lower intake." What, exactly, the "modifications" were, I couldn't tell you, but maybe if you ask someone at KB, they'll spill the beans.

My "modified 03/04 Cobra lower intake" in my KB kit came out of a Ford box that didn't look like it had ever been opened.

Does the Mach1 KB and Eaton have the same length snout? The Cobra has 2 pullies right, one for accessories, and one just for the blower? The KB kit for the Mach runs everything on one belt. I'm not sure about how all this lines up though.

Re: Eaton to Kenne Bell

I would bet the KB uses the Cobra lower and just has a shorter snout.

Re: Eaton to Kenne Bell

i think it should be the same blower, just different accessories for the Mach kit compared to the "direct" bolt-on for the terminators. I would simply call KB to ask them about the compatibility and see what they have to say. You may want to ask them about the differences between the Mach kit and the Terminator kit because if you have an eaton swap completed, then its essentially buying a terminator KB kit.

I think that's a different story! Doesn't the Lightning have a 5.4L engine? That engine has a higher deck height than the 4.6, that would cause an incompatibility issue with the intake manifold, I would think.

Re: Eaton to Kenne Bell

If I remember correctly, the KB supercharger was bolted down to a large alluminum plate, the IC was bolted to the bottom of that plate, and then the whole thing was bolted to the lower intake manifold, and that assembly was bolted to the heads. I'm not sure what the lightning/cobra has for comparison.
