Seing as this is an 03 engine, the heads are the original 4 thread. Ford didn't start 9 thread heads until November 2003 (2004 model year).

I am a private owner of this engine right now, so I doubt they would warranty anything (why would they

The engine is guaranteed to be exactly what's being sold. It came from a well respected shop (info and contact avail for potential buyers),
not a junkyard, crashed car, or or any other shady deal. References available as well.
