nitrous not coming on between shifts. help!!!

Okay so tonight I went to test in tune at the local track. I have a 03 mach 1 auto with the NX kit wot switch, NX window switch. Window switch is set for 3200-6000 rpms so when I take off in 1st gear it sprays but once it shifts into 2nd gear it doesn't spray. And same from 2nd to 3rd it won't spray but if I floor it in 2nd nitrous kicks in but going into 3rd no nitrous. And I leave the car in drive. No Manuel shifting. The car is tuned. Think it has something to do with the tune? Cause the car won't shift till like 6300 rpms so the nitrous shuts off at 6000 rpms but it should kick back on once it goes into 2nd but it doesn't. If anyone has experience this please let me know what you did to fix it. Or it might be the tune?

Are you using a fuel pressure safety switch? What's it set at? They can be tricky to tune with.

Widen the rpm range. Mine never stops spraying.
Maybe the WOT switch is having issues. I had to adjust mine several times to get it just right
Get your eyes on it.

Is the WOT switch based on the TPS or is it a micro-switch on the throttle body or under the gas pedal? If it's a micro switch, look to see if it's being struck incorrectly by the throttle or gas pedal.

The micro switch is by the throttle body and hits the switch and wot and it clicks so that works. And when I hit the switch a blue light lights up on the window switch.

If the switch is working, I'd see if the guy who tuned it has any ideas.

What's the difference between normally open and normally closed on the window switch. Mine says normally open.

Re: nitrous not coming on between shifts. help!!!

What window switch do you have? I have a Zex unit that can be programmed based on the shift, such as if you don't want Nitrous in 1st, it will wait until 2nd comes in and then shift. Maybe it is possible that it is not programmed correctly? But, without knowing your window switch model, not sure what else to look at. I would also double check all your connections.

Is the Window switch the ONLY device connected to your RPM signal from the PCM? For instance, I had a similar issue when I had my window switch and shift light tapped onto the same RPM signal. I then moved one of them to a different pin and both worked fine after that.

I must have missed it, you said it was the NX Window switch, assuming this is the digital one, there does not seem to be a skip shift feature. I would look at the RPM signal line.

What rpm does it drop to when it shifts from 1-2 and 2-3? A low stall torque convertor would cause it to deactivate between shifts if the rpms are not above your activation rpm. ???
