Question New Valve Stem Locks needed or not?

Hi, I am going to install Comp Cam #106400 and am using Comp Cam beehive springs PART #26123-32 and retainers PART #799-32

Do I require Comp Cam Valve stem locks for the valves or can I use my stock ones that are on the valves now or even new Ford ones? Thanks in advance

Re: New Valve Stem Locks needed or not?

Update: I contacted Comp Cams and they said that they do not have a valve lock for our engines so I am to get new Ford factory locks or reuse the ones that I have.
Hopefully this helps somoeone in the future if upgrading springs or cams.
