they were very nice when I ordered mine over the phone. Granted the Gainsville track isnt overly harsh on brakes they held up just fine at out track day.

Re: ROTORPROS!!!! fantastic service.....

Zinc rotors...will those look good after they are used???
Won't the calipers rub the zinc coating off where they grab the rotor?

Re: ROTORPROS!!!! fantastic service.....

the rotors will start to develope surface rust after a little while but its still not nearly as bad as the stock ones (at least with the powdercoated hub and the zinc on the areas the pads dont touch stay nice looking)

Re: ROTORPROS!!!! fantastic service.....

**** should have called him when I ordered mine. Got the same thing you did minus the braided lines for $300. Great service though and still an incredible deal.

Re: ROTORPROS!!!! fantastic service.....

how about the quality of the rotors once you actually get them...has anyone put any serious time/miles on these rotors? Do they hold up or are they what you should expect to get for $225 a set?

Re: ROTORPROS!!!! fantastic service.....

86- Ive had them for around 7-8k now and no problems at all.

The black WILL flake off where the wheel meets the hub but youll only see it with the wheels off. the area of the disc the pads dont touch have stayed rust free

Ive beat on the brakes on the back roads of NC (not enough to fade them or anything). I made 14 or 16 laps at the track at gainesville (2 laps, 10-15min off, 2 more laps) and theyre still fine. No warping, no surface cracking etc

im running hawk HPS pads fyi

Re: ROTORPROS!!!! fantastic service.....

thats what i wanted to hear...I'm leary of some of the "good deals" out there, not too long ago there was a thing on ls1tech with one of these really cheap rotor places and almost every one that bought them had warped rotors in less then 3k...

Re: ROTORPROS!!!! fantastic service.....

I have had my drilled/dimpled/slotted ones for over 10k miles and the only complaint (extremely minor one) is that the zinc coating were the pads do not touch has developed some rust lines. I have thought about repainting them to cover the lines. I have also used these brakes very hard at Bradenton motorsports park and not a single crack from a hole or any warping. I highly recommend these rotors!

Re: ROTORPROS!!!! fantastic service.....

they use centric parts rotors. I looked around online a bit and couldnt find anything bad about them. I know the Lightning and bullitt guys have done several group buys with them. The only problems I have seen were some lightning guys that bought drilled rotors.
