Re: Panhard Bar Upper control arm removal
Haha if you're AMAZED by the panhard bar just wait until you get the torque arm on :claus::claus::claus:
But yes with a PM3L setup you need stiffer rear springs just as you do with a torque arm...

Re: Panhard Bar Upper control arm removal
Search on Corral for PM3L (Poor Man's 3 Link). People have had good success with it, including BTM Autosport's CP autox car running like 315mm rcomps square. I was very tempted to try it but didn't...

Re: Go-To Swaybar Setup?
Swaybars are really a tuning device, ideally. I have a Steeda front bar on mine since I ran F-stock my first autox season and it was all I could to do bandaid the garbage front geometry.

Re: DD/ drag/ auto cross
You don't need the oil filter relocation kit with the MM K member. I bought one and found out I don't need it when I went to do the install.
MM K>UPR by far
Skip the brake upgrades
If you...

Re: Recent Road Course Upgrades
I can't imagine the staggered setup being SLOWER, but it will FEEL worse. The car inherently understeers. Adding MORE traction to the end that already has more traction will just make the understeer...

Fuel gauge reads empty / fuel cut

Re: Modded Mach steering feel and road manners
Compete with an S2k or Evo X? In raw lap times possibly. But let's not kid ourselves here. The Mustang (especially 79-04 chassis) is not a sports car. It does not have the handling finesse and...

Re: Modded Mach steering feel and road manners
Our cars aren't known for their great steering feel... If you don't already have solid rack bushings, start there.
6* caster with stock K-member/A-arms might be asking a bit much.
AT LEAST...

Re: 555r's with 555's?
Is mixing tires fine? Yes. Will it have adverse handling effects? Yes. If you drive like a normal law abiding citizen you won't notice a difference. But if you're the kind of person that likes to fly...

Re: Screen in front of MAF sensor
The MAF sends the ECU erratic readings due to turbulence in the intake airflow. The tune is based off these MAF readings. Why would the tune be able to fix that?
