I am so very sorry to hear this, Mike. I just took a tour of that "BODIES" exhhibit and learned all about how amazing the spinal cord is. I've sent off a heart-felt prayer and I will continue to ask God to watch over your family and Lindsay... If you have the time, please keep us updated.

Hi Mike, (been awhile)

Sorry to hear about your daughter. You all are in my thoughts and prayers and know it must be tough. I haven't been on for a long time either, not because I traded the Mach1 but because my brother "Mike" (only sibling) lost his battle with cirrohsis. I had been trying to take care of him when he went into a 2week coma before he passed. So I was checking in for the 1st time to wish every1 a Happy Thanksgiving when I read your post. I also sent you a PM

Sorry to hear the news. I'll keep you all in my prayers.

Keep the faith. A good friend of ours had an accident and was paralized from the waist down. After about 6 months he started to get intense pain in his feet and then his legs. The doctors told him pain was good. He began to get motion and is now walking with a walker and is well on the road to a miraculous recovery.
