I'm not very happy about doing this, but I need what money I can get to use as a downpayment on a house. I just bought the block and it's on its last leg of shipment, and should be delivered this week.
All it needs is cleaned up and prepped for whatever you want to throw at it. I'm open to offers, but have a set price I will not go below. $400 OBO |
