From the tv specials you see on tv and how the painting is talked up on show you would think they would all be flawless but as shown and stated that's not the case.

We did the same thing with my 11GT when i got it
took 2 of us about 16 hours to do the car.


When I get a new car first thing i do is clay and polish the car.

a few years back I was at a car show a guy had a farrari I am not sure what kind it was but
I can tell you the car was newer than my mach1 and my paint looked alot nicer.

Did a clay job on the Mach 1 the first week I had it. The paint looked good, but if you ran your hands across, it was rough as sandpaper.

Anyway, not to diminish the results but does anyone notice every AFTER pic is a little blurry?

I'd love to spend an entire day doing this to the Mach... so much to learn but im sure all of us can do this if we practiced and studied techniques etc
