Best midpipe for Borla stingers?? - 2003-04 Mach 1 Registry Owners Club

Hey guys. Wantin to kno what the best sounding/ loudest midpipe would be to go alomg with my borla stingers. Thanx!!

I'm going to be using the Bassani X (w/cats) on mine - still gotta install both - wanted the quality/material of my mid-pipe to match up with the Borla (both high quality stainless), etc.

Don't know what they're gonna sound like in person yet, but I believe quite a few here run this combo...

When my Magnapack catback craps out I'm gonna go with Stingers. I've got a catted Bassani X and I don't see why it would'nt sound just as great as my Packs. Probably loudest would be SLP, but that definitely does'nt mean best sounding.

With my stingers, I've had a catted MRT h-pipe. You can hear clips through the link in my sig line.

I'm keeping the stingers and when the motor is done, I'll have the kooks long tubes with the kooks catted x-pipe. If I don't like the x-pipe after I get it running, I'll get an exhaust shop to splice in a h-pipe.

I get a lot of compliments on my catted BBK X-pipe, but i find that depending on the entrance to the shop or place I'm entering the cats scrape. I'm not even lowered.

I would...gives you the most options.

Some come with the cats that you clamp on - that gives you max flexibility either way.

i really like a o/r h-pipe with borla sounds really good. that is my choice

If you want it louder I'd go o/r X. Brand doesn't matter.

the prochamber does sound sick

this is how i would choose is get on youtube and just listen to what you want, everyone likes different things, just like myself i like o/r h-pipe better than the x-pipe not that the h is better than x, but that is the sound i like better

I looked up some stuff on youtube. I typed in o/r x pipe with borla stingers. The third one down is a blue Mach 1 with a BBK o/r x. It sounds sick!! Ill prolly go with that. I dont need to pass inspection cuz in my town theres a lil over 1000 people. Haha so wen I need to pass inspection I go to the service station and the guy asks me to honk my horn and checks my tailights then if they work, i pass lol

I have stingers and a Bassani Catted X. Loooovvee the sound and get lots of compliments on how it sounds. The MRT Catted H-pipe sounds pretty awesome too.

I'm running a Mac o/r prochamber with my stingers. Couldn't be happier. Smooth and not too loud. Quieter the the 40 series crapmasters that came off it

o/r prochamber for the win!!!!! had a catted bassani x and went to a prochamber (i have borla stingers) and there is no comparision... a video of my car is on youtube.. Not sure of the specifics on the video info- but it a red 03 mach, and user name is blownslt

Any X pipe or pro chamber will do the trick. I love mine and you can set off car alarms when you rev or get on it.
